Regularly clean your wrist and smartwatch, especially after sweating, exercising, or exposure to soap or cleaning agents. These substances can get trapped inside and should be cleaned regularly.
2. Wear the Device Correctly
- Avoid Over-tightening: The band should move slightly around your wrist.
- Optimal Placement: For heart rate monitoring, wear the band about one finger width above the wrist bone. For more active workouts, adjust it to about 2-3 finger widths above the wrist bone.
- Allow Skin Breaks: Prolonged friction and tightness can irritate the skin, so remove the device occasionally to give your skin a break.
3. Keep the Device Clean
If the device gets wet from sweat or splashes, clean and dry it thoroughly before wearing it again. Ensure the skin is properly dry before putting the device back on.
