Initiating a Return:
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item via email at support@kealthtech.com.
Please provide your order number and include photos and/or videos of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will assess your request within 3 business days.
 
Return & Exchange Conditions:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
For returns or exchanges, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
 
Non-returnable Items:
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Items damaged or lost due to customer mishandling are non-refundable.
 
Return Process:
If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to proceed.
Please ensure to ship the item back within the specified timeframe and following the provided instructions. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. Depending on the condition of the returned item(s), we'll proceed with either a replacement or issue a refund.
 
Return Charges:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
 
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
If you haven't received the refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company. Sometimes, it may take additional time for refunds to be officially posted.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled if requested in time after purchase, but before the item(s) have been shipped out.
Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
