Tracking:

Delivery Time Exceeded:

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order if you contact us in a timely manner after purchase, and before the item has been shipped. If payment has been processed and the parcel has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.

Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
