I was looking for a watch that would primarily keep track of steps and have a movement reminder. The other features that were important to me were BP monitor, BG monitor, heart rate and O2. This watch does have notifications for phone, text, but you can easily select what you want to turn on or off. Battery hasn't run down after wearing in for most of 3 days. Within about 2 hrs it was fully charged.

Everything as advertised, very happy whit operation.

Gave it as a gift

Wasn’t initially super interested in getting a smart watch then I recently thought why not. I was shocked by how much information they provide and it has helped me track and improve many areas of my life including sleep, Uric acid, blood sugar, blood oxygen and stress. Really glad I got a kealthtech. They come with many more features for health and fitness. You can’t text on them, but I wasn’t looking for that feature. I really just wanted a smart watch for fitness.

I love this watch! It is very easy to set up and work. I love that it gives you you BP, BG, Oxygen level, etc right on your watch in numbers without going to your App on your phone for it. It also seems to be really accurate to. The "find phone" feature works great to. I have used the music function to from my watch and it starts up my music on my phone right from my watch I don't have to pick up my phone to change the song, you can do it from the watch itself. My messages, text, emails come over on the watch really clear, easy to read. Battery seems to be last awhile and the charging is incredibly easy with the magnet attaching and charges fully in about 2 hours. That's a plus!! For the money this is a great buy!!
